Studio Rules

Cancellation Policy:

Private & Semi-Private Sessions:

Please cancel or change private or semi-private bookings at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Please inform us by Friday afternoon if you will be absent for a Monday session.

Please note a cancellation fee will be charged for any late cancellations or changes. This is to ensure fairness as your original time could have been allocated to another client. If you provide a 24-hour notice of cancellation, we can transfer your prepaid private or semi-private lesson to a new time.

For Semi-Private sessions, if one partner needs to cancel or reschedule a session, please communicate as a team and decide whether to cancel the session or have one partner keep the booking, but then pay extra for a private session. If a 24-hour notice is not possible, the partner who is unable to attend will lose the session to ensure fairness to the other partner.

Group Classes:

Due to limited space (10 people per class), please book your spot in advance. If you need to cancel or change your booking, kindly notify us 3 hours in advance. A cancellation fee will be charged for late cancellations or changes as your reserved spot could have been given to another client.

Payment & Booking Policy:

Please note that all payments must be made prior to your appointment. We kindly ask that you settle the payment before your scheduled session.

To qualify for discounted rates, both payment and booking must be made in advance. If payments and bookings are not made in advance, the regular ad hoc rates will apply. Ensuring prompt payment and advance bookings allows us to maintain an efficient scheduling system and provide you with the best possible service. Class Package Validity:1 Drop in class payment is valid for 1 month. 5-Class Package is valid for 3 months.10-Class Package is valid for 4 months. Anything beyond this, classes will expire.
